The scope of services provided by GPC’s international operations is greatly enhanced over what is typically provided by the parent company in the U.S.A. Enhanced services include:
Engineering Services – GPC provides engineering services for revamp projects, new build - onshore and offshore facilities and pipelines, through our international subsidiaries and Joint Venture partnerships.
Project Staffing – GPC provides project staffing services which include providing both National and Expatriate personnel.
Operations – GPC provides ex-pat operating personnel to initially startup and operate the onshore and offshore facility. In addition we provide the necessary training for Nationals to learn and eventually take over operations.
Pipeline Maintenance – GPC can develop and implement a maintenance program for onshore and offshore pipelines. This could be performed as part of operations or as a stand-alone program. Key elements would address corrosion and reliability.
Transportation & Logistics - Performing studies and then developing and implementing strategies to optimizing the associated costs, time and reliability. This could include the importation, exportation of services and/or equipment and their related impact.
Project financing - GPC can provide technical and/or financial teams to assist Clients in obtaining project financing through World Bank, IFC or other entities. In addition, GPC is well experienced in environmental studies (EIA) elaborated for government organizations and private companies nationwide that are required in the financing process.
Environmental – In addition to the environmental work that can be associated with project financing, GPC personnel can assist in developing environmental studies of various types for required permits and make the follow-up during all phases of licensing with government environmental organizations.
Gas Markets – GPC has a superior technical staff for managing and executing projects associated with gas. Whether the project consists of pipelines and compressor stations to deliver gas to power plants for fuel in developing electricity or to market in LNG facility, GPC will have your project completed within all time and budgetary constraints.
